Ray Trench - I have been an avid photographer and videographer for more than 25 years and during my time as a teacher I built up a great deal of expertise in producing quality audio/video resources for students. Running Premier Imaging of Darlington (formerly Saltburn Audio Visual Services - name change due to move from Saltburn to Darlington) has been my full time occupation for 5 years and it is great being able to offer my enthusiasm and expertise for the benefit of others. My interests include model-making, photographing and videoing aircraft, travel (I’ve recently been to Naples, Barcelona, Berlin, Rome and Milan to produce resources for schools), digital imaging, theatre, walking in the Lakes, reading and am a season ticket holder at Newcastle United although I rarely get to weekend games! Recently I have provided in-service training in video editing for primary school teachers in East Cleveland and acted as a consultant on the production of videos for parents as well as procuring ongoing contracts to video mixed martial arts competitions in Gateshead, South Shields and Middlesbrough. I have a Masters degree from the University of Sunderland and a Bachelors degree from the University of Leeds Dave English - like Ray, I am a Geordie by birth but a Boro supporter by inclination. My background is in science and I hold a Bachelors degree from the Open University and an Advanced Diploma. Photography has been an important part of my life for as long as I can remember and as well as being associated with Premier Imaging of Darlington, I am an enthusiastic motor sport photographer and regularly contribute to Autosport magazine as well as the local press and websites. I have expertise in all aspects of photographic procedure, from traditional medium format and 35mm photography and developing to digital imaging. |
